Welcome to Cory's Site

This is a site dedicated to all things Cory. Obviously you can tell that I'm a little whacky. But that's to be expected from a person like me. I'm still working on putting this site together so bear with me. Not all the links work yet, but they will, I promise. Still learning all the little things about Dreamweaver so I can do all the things that I can do using notepad. I learned HTML from scratch, and now I'm trying to use a front end editor to get the same results.

There will be more pages as the time comes, but it's also just a small cheapy site, so don't expect too great of a completed work. This site has no more room on it (using the free hosting plan), however, I am starting my own web hosting company within the next few years, and have started by creating a small site on a dedicated FreeBSD computer I have built here at my house. Feel free to look at it here and let me know what you think. Some advice for hosting, since I am only just starting out, or on programs to use, since I really am having a hard time learning the ropes. I've finally got a handle on the operating specifics. I'm using webmin apache 2.2 php and mysql for the administration and proFTP to upload my files. The rest is all still a mystery to me for now, but that's why I'm learning now, and selling later. And before you try to tell me I should start with reseller accounts or anything else... this is the type of learning experience I want, the kind where I start from scratch on a new operating system that I barely know and learn everything the hard way. (and since I'm in the navy... I can learn without worrying about where the next paycheck will come from for another 5 years from now, so I've got some time to learn)
